Live from choice, not adaptation.
Depth-oriented therapy and coaching for adults who have done the work of recovery and are ready for what comes next.
Integrative Therapy & Alignment-Based Coaching
You may be stable now.
You’ve done the hard stuff: the therapy, the self-help, the recovery. Years of personal work.
And still, something feels unfinished.
This practice exists for the stage after crisis and coping: when life is no longer falling apart, but hasn’t fully come together from the inside out.
What this work is
I work with adults shaped by addiction, developmental trauma, and relational survival, supporting the gradual process of reconnecting with self, body, and inner authority.
This is not early‑stage care.
It is not about symptom management or urgency.
It is for people who are stable and ready for more.
One practice. Two distinct containers.
Therapy and coaching serve different functions here, and they are kept fully separate. Therapy supports stabilization when something has been disrupted. Coaching supports alignment once survival is no longer the organizing principle.
Relational Integrative Therapy Intensive (psychotherapy). A concentrated clinical container: six two-hour sessions across ten to fourteen days, bracketed by an intake session and a later integration session. For periods of disruption that call for focused clinical attention rather than months of weekly appointments. About the Intensive
Post-Recovery Alignment Program (coaching). A six- or twelve-month container built around monthly Deep Sessions and structured reflection between them. For adults whose stability is established and whose next work is coherence, self-trust, and a life aligned with what actually matters. About the Program
Discernment before commitment.
There is no sales call here. Entry begins with a short written application, because the right fit matters more than a fast yes.
- The Discernment Application. A brief written application with reflective questions about where you are, what has stabilized, and what you sense is asking for attention.
- A discernment conversation. If the fit looks right, I reach out to schedule a short conversation by phone or video. Mutual discernment, not a pitch.
- The container begins. Agreements are signed, expectations are clear on both sides, and the work begins with a defined structure, scope, and arc.

The Doorway
Letters on the work that begins when survival ends. Writing on the part of recovery nobody talks about: identity, loneliness, emotion, meaning, and the quiet work of becoming whole.
