COACHING

Post-Recovery Alignment Program

A six- or twelve-month container for the work that begins once stability is established: coherence, embodied self-trust, and a life aligned with what actually matters.

The premise

Recovery gives you your life back. It does not answer what the life is for. This program is for adults who are stable, whose survival chapter is genuinely closed, and who are ready for sustained, spacious developmental work with someone who will meet them honestly.

It is a rhythmic depth container, not session-based support. The spacing is the medicine: the work happens as much between sessions as in them.

The rhythm

  • An opening session sets orientation, expectations, and the shape of your container.
  • Monthly Deep Sessions, ninety minutes each, focused on re-orientation, reflection, and discernment.
  • A structured reflection roughly two weeks after each Deep Session. Completed on your own, it holds you accountable to the interior work between sessions and orients the next one. It is your work, not a check-in for support. Each reflection receives a brief voice response from me within two business days. It is a response to your reflection, not support between sessions.
  • A short audio piece opens each phase of the work, with a transcript, so session time goes to the work itself.
  • A closing session completes the arc: integration and release, not an open-ended wind-down.
  • If something needs attention between Deep Sessions, an additional session can be scheduled intentionally and billed separately at $450. This is a bounded pathway, not on-demand access. It is for the developmental work, not for destabilization, which follows the refer-out and pause described below.

The arc

The work moves through four phases, in order: orientation and inventory, the adaptation, inner authority, and integration and life design. Each one builds on the last. The six-month container moves through all four, compressed. The twelve-month container moves through the same four with room to stay in each one longer.

What this program is not

Coaching here is not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it is not crisis support. There is no between-session emotional or clinical support, by design. If clinical care becomes needed at any point, I refer you to a separate licensed provider; I do not move coaching clients into my own therapy practice. If that happens, your container pauses rather than ends, within the limits set out in your agreement, so the work is there when you are ready to return.

That structure is not a limitation. It is what makes this work strong enough to lean on.

Who it serves

  • Adults stable in recovery, or stable after sustained clinical or interior work, for whom treatment is no longer the primary need
  • People whose lives function but who feel disconnected from meaning, direction, or themselves
  • People drawn to depth, structure, and honest challenge rather than accountability check-ins or motivation

What you are actually investing in

$9,000 for the six-month container. $16,000 for the twelve-month container. The price covers the full arc: the opening and closing sessions, every Deep Session, each reflection and voice response, and the phase audio.

If you count the sessions and divide, this will look expensive, so let me tell you what the number actually buys, because it is not sessions.

It is a structure. A rhythm of deep monthly work and disciplined reflection between, built to reorganize how you meet your own life: how you decide, how you tell the truth to yourself, what you do with the room recovery made. The Deep Sessions are where the work happens. The spacing between them is where it takes root. That is the design, and the design is the value.

The work is not designed to end when the container does. It is built for the years after it, and for the decisions you will keep making once the sessions are done. Broken across a twelve-month container, the investment is roughly the cost of one meaningful monthly commitment, for sustained, individual attention to the part of your life that is asking for it.

The comparison worth making is not to other coaches. It is to another year spent stable but restless, doing more of what already stopped giving anything back. That is worth weighing honestly.

Pay in full is preferred. A plan of three payments is available on the six-month container; the twelve-month container is paid in full. The commitment is to the full container, not month to month, because containment is part of what makes the work hold. The investment reflects the whole arc, not individual sessions. Payment terms and policies are on Practical Details.
